Match Report: U10 Lionesses vs. FC Burbage U10 Lionesses 
Last weekend, the U10 Lionesses welcomed FC Burbage for an intense match. The Epworth Forest Lionesses started strong, showcasing some excellent passing moves—exactly what we’ve been focusing on in training—dominating the play in the first 12 minutes. However, FC Burbage soon found their rhythm and proved to be the more clinical team. Despite the Epworth girls’ persistent efforts to pressure their opponents, it just wasn’t their day.
Layla’s outstanding performance in midfield earned her the Coaches’ Player of the Match title, as she played a key role in several attacking plays, working tirelessly across the pitch. Miya was recognised as the Parents’ Player of the Match for her solid display in the heart of the defense.
