A tough day for the Lionesses as our unbeaten run stretching back to October, came to an end against table topping Nuneaton Borough Demons.
A strong opponent who we pushed all the way and could easily have snatched a point at the death, when a well taken free kick deflected off the wall and onto the post. Agony for the girls but proof that they can hold their own against the best teams in the division.
