🌟 This week, our U8 Lionesses hosted Croft Juniors for a much-anticipated home fixture after agreeing to a reversal due to the recent heavy rains making their pitch unplayable. After weeks of rain it was like playing on a summers day 🌤️
It was a closely contested match, showcasing fantastic football from both teams. After trailing for most of the game, we made a remarkable comeback in the final quarter, with standout performances from Hattie ⚽️ and Ava ⚽️⚽️⚽️ helping us secure the well-deserved result.
A special shoutout goes to Lillia for effectively applying the skills we practiced in training—it’s always rewarding to see that in action! 💜
