Yesterday match started with a minute’s silence, respectfully observed by both teams, honouring the fallen soldiers and civilians around the world who have given us our freedoms.
The Foxes began strong, pressing East Goscote back and creating early chances on target. East Goscote responded with some attacks of their own, but our girls’ passing game shone today as they looked for each other and built solid play together.
In the second half, East Goscote pressed forward and were close to scoring, but the Foxes held their ground, countering with well-coordinated passing.
