Early start for the Tigresses this morning and another fantastic result for the team away at Rugby Borough Lionesses. The girls started on the front foot and created chances straight away, with the first goal coming after Bella’s shot came back off the post for Emmie to finish well. Willow put in Bella next for her to score her first, and then her second followed before half time after some nice teamwork playing out of defence and midfield.
The second half started in similar fashion to the first with Emmie firing home her second of the game. Orla was next on the scoresheet after being set up nicely by Willow. A Rugby Borough consolation goal came next, but Bella made sure we had the final say completing her hatrick after good work from Franki in midfield.
The Tigresses are now sitting a comfortable 5 points clear at the top of the U13 Platinum league!
