The final score doesn’t quite reflect our overall performance as a team. The Lionesses displayed incredible determination and spirit throughout the match, but it was Ambleside who proved to be more clinical in front of goal.
In the first half, both teams kicked off with tremendous intensity, putting in solid challenges and creating opportunities at both ends. However, it was Ambleside who managed to break the deadlock at the 15-minute mark.
🏆 Parents’ Player of the Match was awarded to Lottie, who was simply on fire throughout the game! Her fierce challenges and commanding presence were undeniable. Meanwhile, the Coaches’ Player of the Match went to Sienna, who showcased a good defensive performance, thwarting numerous attacks from the opposition.
